Το καφέ εστιατόριο ποικίλων γεύσεων Freshness με ιδρυτή τον Ιωάννη Δασκαλάκη ξεκίνησε τη δραστηριότητά του τον Μάιο του 2002, με στόχο να προσφέρει στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Κολυμβαρίου και στον τουρισμό όλα τα είδη γρήγορου φαγητού σε συνδυασμό με καφέ, γλυκά, σαλάτες, πίτσες, spaghetti και πληθώρα άλλων λαχταριστών προϊόντων άριστης ποιότητας κι εξαιρετικής γεύσης .

The restaurant “Palio Archontiko” started operating 25 years ago full of dreams and expectations but also anxiety about how the effort will develop. “Many years have passed since then, and yet it seems like only a few months have passed, time flies so quickly when you’re doing something you really love” says owner Vassilis Papadakis

The food was very good and the menu consists of a variation of local (most local) and international dishes. The staff was very good in advising the dinner for my daughter who loved the stay.Good for both outside and inside dining in nice surroundings and a very nice view over the ocean… More
