Great place to stay for first time visitors who like to walk everywhere in Florence, but it was super crowded in Florenc

We slept at the windows open, it was very loud, there was barely any air-conditioning. They advertise three single beds and they gave us two full-size beds in a daybed couch, which was not as advertised or as comfortable.
