Very Nice Hotel in Chania

We were upgraded to a larger room (a suite), which was very much appreciated. Our traveling companions did complain that their room was very small, so I do need to mention that. The location was amazing...perfect for exploring the old town and the harbor

The staff were friendly and helpful, but frankly seemed distracted at times. Pleasant, but less service-oriented than at other hotels we visited on this trip.
