Double room dwelling of 50 m² which may accommodate 2 to 3 persons. Its areas are made up in four deferent levels. It comprises a balcony and one covered veranda. It is dated since the end of 1800, while in the past served as a store room for grains, oil, and wine. One of its areas was part of the wine press which does not exist now.
